Our process employs silanization, making the surface of our layer smoother and the coating more uniform. The most important thing is that there are no harmful metal materials or items left on the board. Silanization is quite different from the traditional pickling and phosphating processes. Tests have proved that the boards treated with silanization contain no harmful substances and meet the standards for furniture and materials.
